Growing up, I had many familial ties to trade work. Both my father and grandfather were contractors, while uncles and cousins of mine were working in the plumbing, electrical, and tile industries. It all started with my grandfather paying me a nickel for every cup of nails I picked up. As I grew older, I continued to practice my construction skills and the specifics of how to build from scratch and fix things myself. I continued to gain experience in the field over the years while absorbing the techniques from the people around me.

 

In 1996, I moved to Oregon after getting out of the Navy, and found the Rogue Valley lacking in efficient, quality and affordable construction for the average homeowner. So My dad and I started a construction business. We started in the residential side of construction but over the years, I transitioned into commercial construction, building schools, libraries, and fire stations around the valley.  Since then, my business has evolved further and now focuses more on smaller projects with a handyman emphasis.
